Who's Most Likely To? | Video

A few weeks ago, my best friends and I filmed two challenge videos and had so much fun doing so! The first video I uploaded was The Whisper Challenge and the newest one is called Who's Most Likely To? Mikayla asks a scenario question and we all hold up the name of the person who's most likely to act in that case. It's a hilarious video and I'm so happy I was able to film with my friends before we left for school!

End of Summer Fun

I've been fortunate enough to have a solid group of amazing friends throughout my high school career and now that we're all (except Mik) leaving for college, we've tried to spend as much time together as possible. This was one of my favorite days of the whole summer. I woke up early to meet Mikayla and Brandon at Cinnamon's for breakfast and we went to the beach with Max and Parker. After a few hours in the ocean, we drove to Mikayla's house to swim at the community pool and ate dinner at Genki Sushi before watching "Trainwreck". It was such a simple day but I spent it with my favorite people and that's what truly matters in the end.

White and Blue LOFT Dress

I've been a huge fan of LOFT for years and have spent my fair share of money online and at the store in NYC. The brand is all about beautiful and easy pieces that can easily be dressed up or down with the right accessories. I found this gorgeous white dress with blue embroidery on the bodice in the sale section and completely fell in love with it. It's so comfortable and is a nice mixture of day and nighttime. I love pairing it with my white summery Kate Spade purse for an instant dose of chic!

My Graduation Party

My graduation party was well over a month ago but I forgot to post these pictures from it! I was so lucky to have friends and family join me at my house for a celebration of my graduation (unintentional rhyming) from high school. We catered food from Matsumoto's in Kalihi, set up a bunch of tables in the garage and had people come and go as they pleased. It was such a great day of food, family, friends, and fun!

Be Back Soon

The beginning of band camp has begun and I am so busy at school right now! I haven't had time to stop and catch my breath and realize where I am and what I'm doing. It's all a pretty scary/exciting/hard transition but I think I'm navigating it pretty well. I won't have much time to blog this week so I'll be taking a short break but I'll talk to you guys soon!

Nordstrom x Cupcakes and Cashmere

Cupcakes and Cashmere has been one of my favorite fashion and lifestyle blogs for the past three years. Ever since I started reading blogs and preparing to start one of my own, I've been in love with Emily Schuman's style and way of life. She always create simple and beautiful outfits and living spaces with a relaxed vibe. Because of my love for Emily and her blog, I was so excited to learn that she would be releasing a collaboration with my favorite store Nordstrom! This navy blue jumpsuit would look beautiful with gold jewelry and a clutch, the faux leather jacket is perfect for the fall, the cream dress is a great transitional piece between seasons, and the floral top would be amazing paired with a denim skirt and wedges!

Leaving For College

The time has finally come for me to leave home for college. After eight years of searching for the perfect university (I know, I started when I was 10!), I found it in Waco, Texas. It seems like I've been preparing for this day for over half of my life and now it's here! I'm both completely terrified and excited at the same time and I'm pretty sure that's normal for every kid leaving home for the first time. I know that Baylor is the perfect school for me as it has amazing football and basketball (among other sports), a real college campus, great food and nice people, etc but I'm a bit overwhelmed as I'm leaving my beautiful Hawai‘i. As I'll be gone for around four months, I'm even more dedicated to the stability of my blog in order to keep all of my friends and family updated on what I'm getting up to in Texas. I hope that I make friends easily and have an overall incredible experience during my first semester and I'll keep you all updated on how I'm doing! Here goes nothing!

Serendipity in New York

One of my favorite foods to eat is ice cream so when my family and I were in NYC, we had to stop at Serendipity. After a bit of drama when my grandparents got lost on a double decker bus, we were able to order some of the most delicious ice cream in order to relax. I went for two scoops of chocolate with whipped cream and enjoyed it all! Serendipity is an iconic restaurant that really delivers on its promise of classic food and dessert. Although the prices are a bit outrageous for sandwiches, salads, and the odd chicken pot pie, I think the ice cream sundaes are definitely worth the splurge!

French Connection Daisy Dress

I found this lightweight sun dress a few weeks ago and it has quickly become my ultimate summer style staple! The piece is a really thin cotton dress with a beautiful daisy print against black and white stripes. I love to wear this dress with my favorite Old Navy shirt tied around the waist for a casual yet covered up look. I paired the clothes with my Daniel Wellington watch, Rebecca Minkoff purse, and my holy grail J.Crew sandals!

Noelle Eats | Flour Bakery

My family and I have traveled a lot throughout my 18 years of life and our main priority on trips is eating good food. We've discovered amazing cafes, bakeries, and restaurants over the years and one of our favorite eateries to visit is Flour Bakery in Boston, Massachusetts. My dad first found out about Flour many years ago and has been to the bakery every time we are on the east coast. Our typical favorites are the chocolate croissants and large chocolate chip cookies, but this time, we tried out the store's hot breakfast sandwiches. The one I ate was a bacon, egg, tomato, and gouda sandwich with mustard and kale on a toasted bun. If you're in the mood for delicious baked goods or savory sandwiches in Boston, check out Flour!

Levi's 501 CT Jeans

I've been in love with loose, boyfriend jeans for quite some time now and have found the perfect pair in the form of my Paige denim jeans (worn here and here). Whilst shopping around for more casual denim, I found these new pairs of Levi's 501 CTs, which come in three lengths and six washes. I love the three pictured above, which are (left to right from most distressed) Precita, Old Favorite, and Cali Cool. Levi's make some of the best denim jeans, shorts, shirts, and jackets and these new pairs are stunning!

The Whisper Challenge | Video

This past week I had some of my best friends over for the night and we filmed a couple of videos for my YouTube channel! The 'Whisper Challenge' is essentially like the game Telephone except each person has to put headphones in their ears and listen to music while the other person says a random phrase to them. The music is too loud to hear what the person is saying so it's mainly a game of lip reading. This is my favorite video I've ever posted and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I loved filming and editing it!
